I didn’t update my blog for some time. So I got some things to tell you;
First, I’m not having to work at this time, because we are having a special course at the ABB Lernzentren where we “learn” how to do telephone support. But I already did a lot of telephone support in my company and so I didn’t learn too much in this module. But there were some interesting subjects. We were visiting the swisscom callcenter in Zürich.
We also have another module in this course. It is about Project Management which is really annoying. Everything in Project Management isn’t absolute clear, it’s all a matter of your argument.
Another thing i thought about was that I have not enough free time to do all the work for BM and see friends and stuff. And this even when I have course. Usually, when I’m at work I have even less free time.
Another interesting subject this week was the Linux course i visited on tuesday. It was really easy because I already knew the subject from setting up Gentoo. One thing I didn’t do until now was the bootchart. It is an utility which allows you to create a graphic which shows what processes take how much time during the boot process.
